Role Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can turn complex data infrastructure into clear documentation that engineers actually enjoy using.

You’ll write for:

Data engineers building production pipelines
AI developers building data agents
AI code assistants (e.g. Claude, Cursor), which increasingly rely on high-quality docs

Your work will be the reason why engineers will rate Tower as the most developer-friendly new data platform.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality documentation and educational content, including:
- Conceptual guides and architecture docs
- Tutorials, quickstarts, and example projects
- API and SDK usage examples
- Troubleshooting guides and best practices
Help define Tower’s documentation structure, standards, and developer education strategy
