We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale Tower’s engineering organization. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the CTO as well as the rest of the executive team to shape the future of our technology and product, while building and nurturing world-class engineering talent. You’ll bring a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and people leadership, ensuring that we deliver exceptional products to our customers while maintaining the culture and craftsmanship that Tower was founded on.
