We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders across all areas of the business. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner and execution engine, helping the company move faster, make better decisions, and scale effectively.
You’ll touch nearly every part of Tower: gleaning insights from customer and competitor data, preparing customer and investor pitch decks, driving budgeting and cash flow projections, and helping define internal processes. This is an ideal role for someone entrepreneurial who wants to learn how a startup is built from the ground up, working alongside experienced founders on high-impact projects that directly shape the company’s trajectory.
